The large-diameter rubber tube ring cutting machine is used for cutting the end of large-diameter rubber tubes. The rubber tube to be cut is inserted into the tire mold suitable for this rubber tube, and the ring cutting of the rubber tube is gradually carried out by rotating the machine head and a separate motor driving the cutting knife. The machine can cut the outer diameter of the rubber hose within a range of 70-105mm.

The large-diameter rubber tube ring cutting machine is controlled by a PLC program. After being powered on, the switch on the ring cutting machine starts working, and each time the ring cutting is completed, the cutting knife returns to its initial position.
