The braiding machine is suitable for braiding all kinds of high and low pressure hose, and can braid hose with core or without core. The inner spindle is rotated around the center of the braiding disc in the ring guide rail, the outer spindle is rotated around the center of the braiding disc in the opposite direction of the inner spindle, and the inner yarn and the outer yarn are cross-woven 1×1, 2×2, 3×3 through the outer guide CAM. 

The braiding machine is controlled by PLC program, such as wire break, low oil level and temperature of heating plate are controlled by PLC and automatically alarm, and the machine is driven by two servo motors respectively to drive the braiding disc and the winch. Equipped with a cantilever control touch screen, different hose braid requirements can be entered into the menu table in the form of recipes, which can be called at any time according to different process requirements. The touch screen displays the working condition in real time, such as the current speed, pitch, braided length, heating plate temperature, etc.
