产品特点

       编织机适用于各种钢丝高压胶管的编织，可通过两台串联形式，对胶管进行同时双层编织，通过梭子带动锭子正弦运动，实现钢丝2X2或3X3交叉编织。由PLC程序控制，像断线、油位油压等由PLC控制并自动报警，机器驱动是由两台伺服电机分别驱动编织机与牵引机。配有触摸屏，可将不同的胶管编织要求以配方的形式输入到菜单表中，根据不同的工艺技术要求随时调用。触摸屏在工作中实时显示工作状况，如当前的转速、螺距、已编织长度和故障报警信息。
